The size of conductor used is more than THREE TIMES than used in conventional design regulators. Being + type, the same winding is used for boosting the voltage on one side and bucking the voltage on the other side of the regulator. Considering this, we\u00a0 design\u00a0 our\u00a0 equipment\u00a0 accordingly introducing further\u00a0 improvements\u00a0 in\u00a0 the construction of equipment as per feedback\u00a0 received\u00a0 from\u00a0 the customer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aeef;\">CONTINUOUS DUTY CYCLE<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; The stabilizers with Roller type Regulators\u00a0 are\u00a0 wound\u00a0 with\u00a0 heavy\u00a0 section\u00a0 of\u00a0 copper\u00a0 strip\u00a0 suitable\u00a0\u00a0 for\u00a0 continuous duty on 100% load.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Normally, conventional design regulator are designed for temperature rise of 45*C to 55 degree centigrade.\u00a0 We keep temperature rise between 15*C to 20*C, which means that our machine can sustain 15-25% overloading without any harm to the equipment for shorter duration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aeef;\">LIFE <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Life of our stabilizer is more than 20-25 Years as compared to 2-3 years of conventional type stabilizers at FULL LOAD. This is due to the fact that the losses for our differential wound linear regulator model shall be least \u00a0as against\u00a0\u00a0 maximum of conventional design regulator\u00a0\u00a0 and therefore due\u00a0 to\u00a0 these\u00a0 higher losses\u00a0 there\u00a0 shall\u00a0 be\u00a0 more\u00a0 heat generated\u00a0 inside\u00a0 the conventional regulators, which\u00a0 shall\u00a0 ultimately result\u00a0 in the faster deterioration of the paper insulation\u00a0 being\u00a0 used for the winding &amp; thereby resulting in shortening of life of the stabilizer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the conventional design regulators, you have to bear the cost of repair &amp; replacement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00aeef;\">Un-Conditional GUARANTEE <\/span><\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0 Our equipments are guaranteed unconditionally for FIVE YEARS against any defects.
